01Warehouse functions included
The consultation can consider site gates, vehicle circulation, receiving docks, inspection or staging, racking and bulk stock zones, picking and packing, finished dispatch, returns, security, administration, staff facilities, utilities and open yards. Cold storage, e-commerce fulfilment, industrial raw-material storage and a traditional godown have different operational needs, so the actual inventory and movement pattern should be explained clearly.
02Logistics information to prepare
Provide true north, plot and road positions, vehicle types, gate and dock locations, building span, clear height, floor levels, racking plan, stock categories, material-handling equipment and daily flow. Mention hazardous, temperature-controlled or regulated goods because those are governed by specialist requirements. Identify fixed columns, sprinklers, exits and utilities. These details allow a spatial review without separating Vastu observations from safe warehouse operation.
03Plans suitable for initial upload
The master layout, warehouse floor plan or approved logistics sketch should show boundaries, access, docks, storage, circulation and support rooms. A directional site plan is useful when yards or multiple sheds are involved. Remove customer names, inventory quantities, security codes and other sensitive data. The initial form accepts one limited image or PDF; larger controlled drawing packages should be discussed with the team before any transfer.
04Plan and movement review process
Review begins at site access and follows inbound goods through receipt, storage, picking, packing and outbound dispatch. Administrative, utility and staff areas are considered in relation to that flow. A new facility may permit zoning discussion, while an operating godown needs realistic priorities around fixed racking and ongoing work. All proposals must remain subject to fire engineering, structural loading, equipment, insurance and occupational-safety review.
05Online warehouse consultation
Owners, warehouse managers and project designers can join a video session to explain stock flow and point out constraints on the plan. A phone consultation may support simpler sites or follow-up questions. Remote review is available for logistics properties across India and overseas if dimensions and direction are reliable. It does not inspect stock condition, security, structural capacity or compliance and cannot produce an automatic warehouse rating.
06When to ask for a site visit
A visit can be requested for multiple sheds, yards, unclear vehicle routes, constructed changes or a facility whose plan no longer matches operation. The client must arrange safe authorised access, site induction and required protective equipment. Scope and availability are confirmed independently. The visit provides Vastu observations only and is not a rack inspection, fire audit, inventory check, environmental review or engineering certification.
07Related logistics and industrial services
Factory Vastu Chennai is appropriate when manufacturing flow is the primary concern, while Office Vastu can address a substantial administrative block. A customer-facing trade counter may also need Shop Vastu context. Describe mixed-use sites fully so receiving, production, storage and sales are not reviewed as unrelated rooms. Auspicious timing for opening can be requested separately after operational readiness is established.
08Preparing accurate movement information
Before the appointment, ask the operations team to sketch peak inbound and outbound routes, pedestrian paths, forklift travel and temporary staging. Mark seasonal overflow and future racking separately from the current arrangement. These practical notes help the expert understand why an apparently open area may be operationally essential and prevent the Vastu discussion from obstructing safe material movement.
09Warehouse locations served
Serving clients from Madhavaram, Red Hills, Ambattur, Poonamallee, Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu and logistics areas around Chennai. In-person consultation remains based at the Adambakkam office. Warehouse operators elsewhere in Tamil Nadu, India and worldwide can request online review, with no representation of branches in those industrial locations.
