The manufacturing process must be explained in sequence because a factory is not simply a larger office. Hazardous or regulated operations always require specialist engineering and statutory control.
02Technical context to prepare
Provide the site boundary, road sides, true north, plot levels, building footprints, process-flow diagram, primary machinery, material movement, utility locations and proposed expansion. State whether the project is at land selection, concept, detailed design, installation or operating stage. Identify fixed foundations and equipment that cannot move. The Vastu review can then focus on the relevant planning stage rather than suggest changes that conflict with the production system.
03Drawings and documents for review
Useful files include the master site plan, factory floor layout, process-flow plan, equipment arrangement and an annotated sketch of gates and dispatch. Submit only non-confidential versions approved for external review; commercially sensitive formulas, customer records and protected technical data are not needed. Large drawing sets may need to be discussed with the team before transfer. The public form accepts one limited file for the initial enquiry.
04Factory floor-plan review process
Initial review confirms the site orientation, building boundaries and process sequence. The expert discussion can then move from access and material receipt through production, storage, dispatch, administration and support services. Priorities may differ between a greenfield facility and an operating plant. Any observation must be screened by the client's architects, process engineers, safety officers and statutory consultants before it affects design or machinery placement.
05Online consultation for project teams
Industrial clients can arrange a structured video meeting with authorised project representatives. Screen sharing allows the team to navigate a master plan without circulating unnecessary copies. Participants should include someone who understands production and someone who knows the building plan. Phone follow-up can address focused questions. International and Indian projects can be reviewed remotely when drawings are clear, but no automated industrial score or profitability prediction is offered.
06Industrial site-visit request
A site visit may be considered for complex operating conditions, large campuses, uncertain topography or multiple production blocks. The client must provide safe authorised access, required personal protective equipment, induction arrangements and a responsible escort. Scope, travel and availability are confirmed separately. Vastu observation never authorises entry into restricted zones or overrides occupational health, environmental, fire, electrical or process-safety procedures.

After the consultation, the client team should record which observations are accepted for technical evaluation, which require more information and which cannot fit the approved process. The controlled drawing remains the responsibility of the project manager. This simple decision log reduces the risk that an informal discussion is later treated as engineering approval or passed to a contractor without professional review.
